Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse for day shifts in Passaic, NJ. The RN provides direct care for adults undergoing cardiovascular procedures and collaborates with physicians, technologists, and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The assignment lasts 13–26 weeks with competitive weekly pay of $2,116 to $2,746 gross. Requires active RN license, BCLS and ACLS, and at least one year in a Cardiovascular Lab.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certificates required.
• One year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Address the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in the procedural environment.
• Monitor and record hemodynamic and physiologic data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, and angioplasties.
• Prepare, assess, and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for each case.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory and hospital standards.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities to enhance patient safety and departmental operations.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
