Job summary

- Direct nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Coordinate care with all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assist in discharge planning with the healthcare team.
