Job summary

UAB St. Vincent's is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join the Cath Lab team. You will provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires a nursing diploma, active Alabama RN license, and BLS certification. Work at UAB St. Vincent's in a full-time day shift with opportunities for PRN as described.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing and professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
