Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• Two years of Acute Critical Care experience in Cardiovascular, ICU, or CVICU.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• NIHSS training can be obtained through various organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, interprets, and responds to patient data (lab results, vitals, etc.).
• Provide patient education and discharge information based on age and literacy.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to plan and execute care in the Cath Lab.
• Assist in pre- and post-procedural care, admissions, and transfers.
• Start IVs, monitor continuously, and manage access sites with care.
