Qualifications

• RN experience in applicable care setting or LPN experience preferred
• Must possess RN license and basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS required upon hire
• Graduate from a baccalaureate nursing program per ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA standards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care, patient education and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through preceptor roles, informal and formal leadership, and quality improvement efforts.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level, patient needs, and resource availability.
