Qualifications

• One year RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Support nursing practice across practice settings and continuum of care.
• Provide leadership through preceptor role and quality improvement efforts.
• May require driving own vehicle and sponsorship considerations as applicable.
