Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Part Time Cath Lab Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care in a collaborative cath lab team.

The RN will work within Mayo Clinic’s Nursing Professional Practice Model, providing leadership, patient-centered care, and continuous quality improvement. BLS/ACLS required; Arizona RN license. Flexible schedule with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements; Arizona BLS/ACLS upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care and patient education across the continuum of care.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Support transitions of care and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team-based patient care in the Cath Lab.
