Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license required.
• BCLS (AHA) certification on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification on hire and maintained.
• 1 year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in the surgical environment.
• Communicate with physicians continuously about patient condition.
• Assist with equipment and inventory maintenance.
• Ensure readiness of procedure rooms/equipment for cases.
• Monitor physiologic/hemodynamic data during procedures.
• Record patient status and participate in quality improvement activities.
