Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with state licensure.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.
• Cath Lab or Critical Care background required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and reports changes in condition.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency limits.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Educates patients and families about procedures and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Documents care and education in the medical record.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
