Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to support invasive cardiology and interventional cardiovascular services. You will assess patients, develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, and perform procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.

A 15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Required: Associate's degree in nursing and RN licensure; BLS/ACLS credentials; 1+ year in nursing

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; RN license.
• Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in invasive cardiology or related area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the team.
• Demonstrate competency in interventions including IVs, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Provide patient and family education and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records; document status and outcomes.
