Community Health Systems, Inc. in New Mexico is seeking a Cath Lab Technician to support physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. The role includes preparing equipment, verifying supplies, and ensuring patient safety in a high-acuity setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience, knowledge of fluoroscopy, IVUS, and hemodynamic monitoring, and holds CVT/CRT or RN licensure with BCLS; ACLS preferred.

Formación

• 1-2 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab or cardiovascular diagnostic setting.
• Proficiency in cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the Cath Lab for procedures and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist physicians during procedures using fluoroscopy, IVUS, and monitoring systems.
• Monitor vital signs and document data, reporting abnormalities promptly.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide post-procedural care instructions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure radiation safety and infection control.
