Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking a Cath Lab Technician to support cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. You will prepare and maintain equipment, monitor patients, and assist physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or cardiovascular diagnostic setting, with proficiency in fluoroscopy, IVUS, and hemodynamic monitoring. Comprehensive benefits and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures and equipment use.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the cath lab for procedures with available equipment and supplies.
• Assist physicians during procedures using specialized imaging and monitoring equipment.
• Monitor vital signs during procedures and report abnormalities promptly.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation.
