Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Cath Lab technologist to assist cardiologists in invasive procedures, provide advanced imaging support, and manage patient care in a high‑stakes environment.

The role requires BLS/ACLS, radiologic technology certification, and EP knowledge. Expect to work with fluoroscopy equipment, monitor patients, and collaborate with team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified radiologic technologist with BLS/ACLS as required.
• Completion of Radiologic Technology program is mandatory.
• Experience or exposure to cath lab and EP concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Set up and operate imaging and monitoring equipment during cases.
• Provide patient education and ensure aseptic technique throughout procedures.
• Interpret basic hemodynamic data and assist with equipment setup.
