Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Cath Lab professional to assist cardiologists in invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiac/vascular procedures. You will set up and operate imaging and monitoring equipment, maintain sterile technique, and support patient care throughout complex procedures.

Candidates should have a Radiologic Technology certificate, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT licensure. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential for patient safety and outcomes in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

BLS, ACLS within 1 year, ARRT registration and radiology licensure.
Certificate of completion in Radiologic Technology required.
Strong knowledge of cardiac/vascular interventional procedures and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist cardiologists in invasive diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and operate imaging equipment.
Maintain sterile technique and prepare supplies for procedures.
Monitor physiological data and interpret basic results during procedures.
Communicate with patients to reduce anxiety and ensure safety during procedures.
Collaborate with team to ensure high quality patient care and documentation.
