Midwest Cardiovascular Institute in Naperville, IL is seeking an RN to assist in diagnostic and interventional peripheral vascular procedures at the MCI ASC, under physician supervision. The RN is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care in alignment with the treatment plan, and follows the Nurse Practice Act in delegating nursing tasks.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an Illinois nursing license, and have ACLS and BLS

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed by Illinois State Board of Nursing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferred: Cardiology certification and 2 years critical care or Cath Lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop treatment plans for cardiovascular procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers in managing patient care.
• Educate patients and families throughout the care process.
• Administer treatments, monitor diagnostic data, and report abnormalities.

Nature of Duties

The Registered Nurse (RN) assists in performing diagnostic and interventional peripheral vascular procedures at the MCI ASC, working under the supervision of physicians. Qualifications

• Licensure with the Illinois State Board of Nursing.

Compensation

Pay starting at $38.21.
