Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka, CA seeks a Nurse Manager for the Cath Lab.

This full-time role requires 8-hour day shifts and provides leadership over clinical operations, staffing, and patient care in a high-acuity environment. Under the Chief Nursing Office, you will coordinate resources, ensure quality care, and guide a multidisciplinary team while maintaining fiscal responsibility and compliance with SJHS-HC standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold California RN license at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• Minimum 3 years clinical staff nurse experience in a comparable acute care unit.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate available resources to provide professional patient care in line with SJHS-HC standards.
• Assume 24-hour responsibility for management of patient care in the assigned areas and delegate authority as needed.
