Job summary

WhiteCap Search is assisting a hospital in New Jersey with a hands-on Cath Lab leadership role overseeing a growing cardiovascular program. This leader will develop culture, staff, and operations while possibly overseeing ICU leadership if needed.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on and a 4x10-hour daytime shift schedule, with extensive PTO and holidays, plus opportunities to influence hospital-wide change.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 3–5 years Cath Lab leadership or nurse management experience.
• Strong Cath Lab clinical background.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop Cath Lab staff.
• ICU leadership or critical care experience preferred but not required.
• CCRN a plus.
• MSN/DNP welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to build culture and elevate clinical operations.
• Develop and mentor Cath Lab staff; foster teamwork and professional growth.
• Staff scheduling and operational investments across the hospital.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance cardiovascular program performance.
