Job summary

UCHealth in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an experienced RN for cath lab/EP duties. Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with adherence to standards and organizational policies. The position requires RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications, and 6 months of RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship. Location is UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares environment and reviews patient's medical record to ensure safety checklist are complete.
• Responds to life threatening situations using nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
• Provides nursing care in a technically complex environment.
• Assesses learning needs of patient/family and provides education.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
