Job summary

UH Cleveland Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cath Lab/EP at the Harrington Heart and Vascular Institute. The role leads a busy, academic lab network, stabilizes schedules, and partners with physicians to maximize productivity while ensuring top-tier patient care.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in Cath/EP labs, some management experience, and strong business acumen with EPIC and Excel proficiency; Master’s preferred, RN/BSN required.

Qualifications

Two years of extensive Cath or EP lab experience.
Management experience preferred (Assistant Nurse Manager or higher).
EPIC experience preferred and knowledge of medical billing.
Strong organizational skills with rapid response to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversee six labs (hybrid, EP, Cath, swing) and ensure full utilization.
Collaborate with physicians and staff, maintain patient care standards.
Stabilize schedules, manage billing, purchase orders, and charting.
Ensure adequate staffing, supply ordering, and inventory control.
Lead with a business mindset and monitor lab productivity metrics.
Report to System Director of Cath and EP Labs; partner with related managers.
