Keystone Distinction Group in Montana seeks a Director of Cath Lab to lead day-to-day clinical, operational, and fiscal management in Great Falls. You will oversee patient care and resource allocation while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with cardiovascular leadership.

The role requires a BSN or AAS-CV, MT RN license, RCIS/RCES, BLS/ACLS, and 10+ years in Cath Lab/EP with 2+ years in leadership. Enjoy strong nurse-patient ratios and an outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or AAS-CV with equivalent experience.
• Active Montana RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
• RCIS or RCES certification; BLS and ACLS.
• 10+ years Cath Lab/EP experience; 2+ years leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Cath Lab operations and patient care planning.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing allocations, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accrediting standards.
• Collaborate with COO and cardiovascular leadership on initiatives.
• Lead clinical projects and serve as subject matter expert.
