Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking a Cardiovascular Tech with Cath Lab/EP Lab experience to assist in diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures. The role requires proficiency with advanced equipment and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Qualifications include graduation from a Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program, CVT/RTR credentials, ACLS and BLS, and RCIS within six months. Part-time schedule with varying shifts; candidates must live within 30 minutes of campus.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
Operate equipment and technology including TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, PFO closure, atherectomy devices, thrombectomy devices, IVUS, FFR, iFR, IABP and Impella.
Ensure patient care in accordance with hospital and department policies; follow safety guidelines.
Foster teamwork through effective communication and flexibility in job duties.
2-3 years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred.
