Job summary

Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join the Cath Lab team. This role performs diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures for cardiovascular patients in a state-of-the-art facility.

The RCIS must be obtained within 12 months of hire, supported by our dedicated team and resources. This is a Full-Time opportunity located at Baptist Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• ARRT CI or ARRT or RCIS or Radiologic Technologist credentials required.
• Experience working in a hospital Cath Lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist in electrocardiograms, catheterizations, and pulmonary functions.
• Prepare EP Lab for acceptance of cardiac patients.
• Scrub, monitor hemodynamics and record procedures such as cardiac cath, PTCA, stent, atherectomy.
