Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to join the Cath Lab team. You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff on interventional, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique as a scrub, monitor, or circulator.

The role requires on-call rotation with onsite reporting within 30 minutes. Schedule is 0.75 FTE (60 hours per two-week period) on 10-hour day/evening shifts, with a $7,500 starting bonus for eligible external talent.

Qualifications

• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program or ARRT-equivalent and ARRT Certification.
• Graduate of an accreditation program meeting Cardiovascular Credentialing criteria or RCIS/RCES eligibility.
• Healthcare-related degree path enabling RCIS/RCES eligibility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operates and assists with laboratory equipment per manufacturer and department guidelines.
• Performs scrub role activities: prepares supplies, ensures sterile environment, assists physician.
• Assists physicians in monitoring and circulator roles: observes patient condition, records data.
• Maintains safe environment for patients and staff; reports safety concerns and equipment issues.
