Qualifications

• Certified as a registered cardiovascular invasive specialist (RCIS) or registered cardiovascular electrophysiology specialist (RCES).
• Must obtain RCIS or RCES certification within 12 months of hire date.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must possess and maintain CORE certification within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs before and after invasive cardiac procedures.
• Assist physicians in developing individualized care plans.
• Ensure high-quality documentation of patient care.
• Utilize holistic approaches in patient care.
• Operates specialized equipment in the Electrophysiology Lab.
