Job summary

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join our Cath Lab team. The role involves assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, operating fluoroscopy equipment, and maintaining sterile technique to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requires an Associate degree in radiologic technology, ARRT RT, BLS and ACLS. The position offers a 40-hour work week with on-call and weekend rotations at our O’Fallon, IL location,

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic technology or allied health required.
• ARRT-RT certification required (Licensed Radiographer in state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopy and radiologic equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and pass instruments, catheters and supplies.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and support the interdisciplinary care team.
