Job summary

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O’Fallon, IL, is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to assist with advanced cardiac procedures, operate fluoroscopy equipment, and maintain sterile technique. The role offers 40 hours per week, daytime shifts (7am-5:30pm), with no call, weekends or holidays required.

Applicants must have an Associates degree in radiologic technology, be a licensed Radiographer, and hold ARRT RT(R) certification. BLS is required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic technology or related program.
• Licensed Radiographer in state of practice is required.
• ARRT RT(R) certification is required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in radiology/diagnostic imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopy and radiologic equipment during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and pass instruments to physicians.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety.
• Support physicians during ablations and structural heart procedures.
