Job summary

Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY, is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to join the Cardiovascular Interventional Suite. You will assist physicians with cardiac catheterizations, PCIs, and other interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and data accuracy.

You will prepare equipment, verify orders, monitor hemodynamic data, document care in hospital systems, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support front-office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required.
• BLS and ACLS certification mandatory within 6 months of hire; RCIS or equivalent is encouraged within 2 years of start date.
• PCI/interventional experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists/radiologists in cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Verify orders, ensure patient preparation and education for procedures.
• Analyze hemodynamic and angiographic data; monitor EKGs and pressures.
• Prepare equipment and supplies per physician preferences; manage catheters, wires and balloons.
• Document care using hospital systems; support operations and inventory.
