Job summary

Requires CRT with Fluoroscopy permit, ARRT (preferred), BLS CPR, and a two-year Radiology program; one year experience preferred; strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; capable of operating and troubleshooting imaging equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a two-year accredited Radiology Technology program required.
• One year radiology technologist experience preferred.
• Current CRT certification with Fluoroscopy permit required.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS card required.
• ARRT radiography certification preferred.
• Knowledge of radiographic positioning and anatomy/physiology essential.
• Familiarity with radiographic equipment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic radiologic procedures.
• Provide patient care and physician assistance during procedures.
• Operate routine and specialized radiographic procedures in Cath Lab.
