Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a clinically proficient Radiology Technologist for the Cath Lab. The role requires scrubbing and circulating across cardiovascular, neuro, EP, device implant, and radiology procedures, including on-call coverage and adherence to imaging quality standards.

Preferred candidates hold multi-discipline competency, CA CRT Radiologic Tech certification, BLS, ARRT, and a CRT-Fluoro permit.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
4 years' experience as a Special Procedures Technologist, with cross-discipline competence.
Requires California Radiologic Technologist certification; BLS and ARRT certification.
CRT-Fluoro Permit required; ability to perform across Cath Lab disciplines.

Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in cardiology, neuro, EP, device implants, and interventional radiology.
Accept on-call assignments for emergencies.
Maintain professional teamwork and positive working relationships.
Record physiological data and calculations; manage PACS downloads/restores.
Ensure proper exposure factors and patient positioning for imaging.
Maintain radiological equipment and inventory control; order supplies within budget.
Participate in Performance Improvement activities and quality control.
