AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Part-time Catering Worker for one of our dining accounts. The role runs weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. You will prepare food per prep sheets, assemble ingredients, and deliver to events.

You will set up and present foods professionally, ensure cleanliness, restock supplies, and help maintain safe catering operations. A valid driver’s license and strong hygiene are required.

• Gather ingredients and prepare by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling.
• Deliver foods and beverages to the event location.

• Breakdown products retrieved from catered events.
• Maintain cleanliness of catering areas and vehicles.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Part-time Catering Worker at one of our dining accounts. This position is scheduled weekdays per business need from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. NO evenings, NO weekends and NO holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to prep sheets
• Gather all necessary ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling
• Deliver requested foods and beverages to the event location
• Set up all foods and beverages in a professional appearance and logical manner, ensuring all condiments and service ware are available as needed
• Ensure all services are cleaned up at the end of the event or requested pick-up time
• Breakdown all products retrieved from catered events
• Maintain cleanliness of catering areas and ensure routine cleaning and maintenance of catering vehicles
• Restock all catering supplies and makes note of any items that need to be ordered
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as required and assigned
