Job summary

Puff 'n Stuff Catering and Events is seeking a Warehouse Loader/Puller in Orlando to pull and load all service events accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to follow packing lists and select appropriate vehicles based on event size and equipment needs.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, supporting on-time event departures, receiving deliveries, and maintaining safe vehicle operation. A professional demeanor and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Efficient movement and physical stamina to handle equipment and loading tasks.
• Ability to adapt to sudden changes in events or schedules and stay composed.
• Ability to read room diagrams/floor plans to arrange equipment and seating as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all equipment prior to loading to ensure proper working order.
• Assist in meeting scheduled event departures by the service team.
• Receive deliveries and prepare products for delivery.
• Operate a fleet of vehicles ( vans, sprinters, box-trucks ) and ensure safe operation.
• Report any vehicle issues to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
• Follow safety guidelines for storing equipment and operations at all times.
• Work independently or as part of a team while maintaining professional appearance.
• Represent Puff 'n Stuff positively in front of clients and guests.
