Job Title: Catering to You Supervisor

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Catering to You Supervisor position.

Location: CHS - Northwest Medical Center - Springdale - 609 West Maple Avenue, Springdale, AR 72764. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: One year of catering supervisory experience required.

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Coordinates patient meal service and special requests for the Catering to You Program. Ensures staff are trained and properly staffed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees systems and processes to meet strategic and operational objectives.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Ensures menu alternatives are available for dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences.
• Interacts with nursing staff to evaluate patient meal service daily.
• Responds promptly to patient needs and resolves concerns or reports them as appropriate.
• Adheres to confidentiality and patient rights policies per HIPAA.
• Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and JCAHO.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Completes required documentation and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
