Job Summary

Coordinates patient meal service and manages the Catering to You Program. Ensures staff are trained and units are staffed appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catering associates and oversee service systems to meet operational goals.
• Manage menu options considering dietary restrictions and patient needs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality service and resolve patient concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards including HIPAA, JCAHO, and HACCP.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.
