Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California seeks a full-time Catering Supervisor to lead the catering team, ensure quality food preparation, and supervise service to meet Delaware North’s standards. You will train staff, answer guest questions, and maintain clean, stocked work areas across the event spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of six months' experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, and retain and communicate menu information and service preferences.
• Basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory.
• No college degree required.

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Catering Supervisor to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As Catering Supervisor, you will work under the direction of the department manager to ensure effective operations of all event spaces, including training and supervision of catering team members.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
