Job Summary

Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures high-quality, good-tasting, and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
2. Reviews menu and production needs to manage daily functions.
3. Monitors staff to ensure systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are correctly utilized.
4. Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
5. Communicates regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
6. Enforces safety standards with employees.
7. Ensures sanitation standards are maintained daily and signs off on cleaning procedures.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
