Qualifications

• Minimum of catering supervisory experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff schedules for timely service.
• Prepare and serve food under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver to events.
• Discuss setup with function leaders and handle changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and HACCP standards.
