Job description

As a catering specialist at WKS Restaurant Group, you'll be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for
expanding and managing our catering business. This role requires a dynamic individual who is
passionate about sales, marketing, customer service, and building strong community relationships. The
Catering Specialist will oversee all aspects of catering operations, from acquisition and production to
delivery and follow-up, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive catering sales.
? Collaborate with operations team to ensure orders are prepared to brand standards.
? Identify sales opportunities, brainstorming creative ideas to attract new catering clients.
? Cultivate partnerships and relationships with community organizations, schools, churches,
nonprofits, and neighboring businesses to drive catering sales.
? Plan and execute fundraising events with local organizations and youth groups.
? Organize and manage special events both on-site and off-site, such as holiday events, themed
days, and school nights.
? Generate and convert leads for catering business, maintaining a comprehensive customer
database and implementing effective follow-up protocols.
? Deliver catering orders with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
? Utilize email marketing and social media channels to promote catering services and engage with
customers.
? Create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers and digital content, both in-store and
within the community.
? Collaborate with leadership team to communicate new marketing campaigns and initiatives to
store employees.
? Lead monthly calls with restaurant managers, reviewing performance and setting expectations.
? Understand and analyze labor, food cost, and profitability metrics as they relate to marketing
efforts.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
