Job summary

Taziki's Café is seeking team members to represent our brand in Madison, AL, handling catering orders with friendly service and reliable delivery. You’ll learn our menu, packaging, and pricing while ensuring orders are prepared, delivered, and set up to spec.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abide by traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
