Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Roanoke seeks an energetic ambassador to represent our service, our menu, and our culture. You’ll engage customers face-to-face or by phone, ensure accurate catering orders, and help with delivery setup with care and professionalism.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off potential, daily pay option, and meals on shift. No late nights required; prior food-service experience is a plus, but we train you.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule.
• Energetic and reliable.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
