Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Missouri seeks a friendly ambassador to represent our service, menu, story, and culture to guests. You will provide exceptional customer service in person or by phone and prepare, assemble, and verify catering orders for delivery and setup.

Know the menu, pricing, and packaging; communicate them clearly. Expect a flexible schedule with opportunities to be paid daily and advance towards ownership as part of our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends/holidays.
• Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication with guests and team members; leadership and service orientation.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers and explain our menu, story, and culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders; deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing; communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws; follow Health Department standards.
