Job summary

Taziki's Café in Cullman, AL is seeking a catering-focused team member to represent our brand, deliver friendly service, and prepare and check catering orders. You will help with setup and ensure packaging and pricing are accurate, while learning our POS and order systems.

You’ll work mornings, afternoons, and evenings with a flexible schedule; prior food-service experience is helpful but not required. We offer daily pay, a great team environment, and a clear pathway to ownership as you grow

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule and availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Energetic personality with strong guest service mindset.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean driving record; ability to drive as needed.
• Obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
