Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Nolensville, TN seeks energetic team members to support catering and front-of-house tasks. Be an ambassador for our brand, deliver friendly service, and help prepare and deliver catering orders.

No late nights or early mornings for some shifts; flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement to ownership. Prior food-service experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule and energetic personality.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand to customers and share our story.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing; communicate clearly.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws.
• Comply with Health Department standards.
