Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking motivated individuals in Birmingham to join our catering team. You will be the face of our brand, delivering friendly service, handling catering orders, and coordinating delivery and setup with care.

Experience in food service is a plus, but we will teach you what you need. Flexible schedules, daily meals on shift, and a supportive team environment are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule and energetic attitude.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki's Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
