Job summary

Taziki's Café is seeking a catering/delivery associate in Virginia. You will represent the brand to customers, provide exceptional service, and handle catering orders from prep to delivery and setup.

Responsibilities include knowledge of the menu, packaging, pricing, and operating the POS/Advanced Order system. A clean driving record and a willingness to obtain a Food Manager's certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule and energetic approach.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests/team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki's Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abide by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
