Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The role involves setting up events, transporting equipment and supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up afterward.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
2. Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, and supplies.
3. Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other equipment as requested.
4. Replenish food and beverage during events.
5. Maintain cleanliness of food service areas during events.
6. Clean up after service and return equipment to storage.
7. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
8. Follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Availability for event-based hours.
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
