Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in executing successful catering orders and events at the location. Responsibilities include event set up, transporting equipment, food, and supplies to the event site, serving guests, and cleaning up after the event.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
2. Transport and deliver food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
3. Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as specified.
4. Replenish food and beverages during events.
5. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of food service areas during events.
6. Clean up after service and return equipment to proper storage.
7. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
8. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must adhere to the assigned dress code.
• Availability to work event-based hours.
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
