Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, transporting equipment and supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after events.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, and supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other equipment as requested.
• Replenish food and beverage items during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of food service areas during events.
• Clean up food and beverage deliveries post-event.
• Break down and clean areas after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code.
• Availability to work event-based hours.
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
