Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in executing catering orders and events at the location. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, transporting equipment, food, and supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after events.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
2. Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
3. Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as specified.
4. Replenish food and beverage items during events.
5. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of food service areas during events.
6. Clean up food and beverage deliveries post-service.
7. Break down and clean the event area and return equipment to storage.
8. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
9. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Note: Job duties may evolve to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to dress code as specified.
• Availability for event-based hours.
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
