Job Description

Responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food service operation to ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production records.
2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
4. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications safely and appropriately.
6. Adhere to health and safety codes, maintaining a sanitary department.
7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders with vendors to ensure accurate production levels.
9. Operate an efficient, cost-effective program.
10. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.

Qualifications
