Qualifications

• Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Build and maintain client rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and executing events.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of events based on banquet orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events with creative solutions.
• Lead and train catering staff to meet service standards.
• Ensure revenue, expenses, and receivables are accurately reported.
